Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our in-person nursing hiring event. As an LPN with ChristianaCare, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in patient discharge planning. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available to support New Castle County, DE, with day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
