Job Description
ChristianaCare is hosting an In-Person Nursing Hiring Event and seeking experienced HomeHealth LPNs to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs looking to excel in their HomeHealth careers while being supported by a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive OASIS-E training.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Work Details
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
- Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends.
