Position
We are seeking Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and treatment to patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Work Details
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends
