ChristianaCare is hosting an in-person nursing hiring event for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team. Responsibilities

• Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
• Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
• Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
