ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a motivated and experienced Full Time RN to join our dedicated team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure goal-oriented care consistent with available resources.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to be trained.

Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour
