Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently seeking a dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month in the Newark, DE area. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Maintain IV proficiency and perform related functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
