Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in product preparation and service to meet Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit and utilize feedback for continuous improvement.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations and sales goals.
• Contribute to overall profit goals through effective use of POS systems and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise a team independently.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required in certain markets.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check results.
