Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in food preparation and service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and drive operational improvements.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive sales by providing excellent service and training team members on product knowledge.
• Manage cash, inventory, and ensure the restaurant meets safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for scheduled and unscheduled shifts.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
