Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills, including food preparation and customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations and maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent customer service and effective management of resources.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards in the restaurant.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead a team independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position subject to background check.
