Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Construction Cost Project Analyst to join the National Real Estate Services team at Aldi, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs at a national level, collaborating with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids and ensure cost alignment with project scopes and regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and practices to divisions for consistent pricing structures.
• Analyze bids and create reports for project awards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and review market pricing for critical trades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in RS Means software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
