Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join Holiday Inn and Suites Gateway. In this role, you will work closely with the Chef to prepare and cook meals, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and maintain food quality standards. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining inventory, and upholding cooking standards to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef in kitchen duties and food preparation.
• Maintain food quality, quantity, and portion control.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with banquet functions and end-of-month inventories.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; 3+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
