We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our residents, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and resolve any food service issues promptly with team members.
• Prepare and present breakfast, lunch, and dinner following specified guidelines.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas.
• Assist in serving and clean-up duties as needed.
• Handle resident concerns with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• Compliance with Serve Safe certification requirements if applicable.
• Ability to work effectively with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the employment process.
