Courtesy Bus Driver ( non CDL)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Courtesy Bus Driver to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by transporting them between the airport terminal and the rental car facility. As a vital part of our customer experience team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from designated locations.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading belongings onto and off the bus.
• Communicate important information and details about the car rental process.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the journey.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with specific endorsements.
• Prior driving experience.
• Ability to meet DOT medical clearance requirements.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.
• 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
