Customer Return Representative- Part time

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Return Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a valued member of our company, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with returning rental cars and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with returning rental cars.
• Record vehicle details like mileage, fuel levels, and damages.
• Check vehicles back into the computer system.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
