Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure product availability
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
