Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, handling cashiering duties, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and stock shelves neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
