Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, merchandise stocking, and cleaning activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support shoppers during their visit.
  • Work with the team to communicate effectively and assist store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and contribute to inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
  • Execute general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
