Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain tidiness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report to management.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
