Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Assist customers with inquiries and enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with the management team.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
