Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will be essential in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily operations.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
