Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will ensure the store is well-organized and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Offer outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
  • Support in-store inventory processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to meet local regulations for alcohol sales.
