Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will ensure the store is well-organized and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Offer outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
- Support in-store inventory processes and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet local regulations for alcohol sales.
