Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and store management to enhance operations.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
