Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Knowledge of company policies, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
