Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked store? ALDI is looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience while ensuring the store is organized and well-kept.

Job Type

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
  • Participate in inventory management and monitoring

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
