Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is organized and clean.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and provide courteous service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitoring.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures for loss prevention.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
