Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
  • Maintain store inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
  • Operate equipment efficiently and follow company standards
  • Meet state and local requirements for selling alcohol

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
