Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is full-time with an average of 32-40 hours per week, offering a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
