Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and report any issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
- Capable of following cleaning and safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
