Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Capable of following cleaning and safety procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
