Job Description: Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older and have excellent customer service skills. Prior retail experience is preferred, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with prior retail work experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
