Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
