Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness of the store, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy, conducting counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Operate cash registers, equipment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
