Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
