Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Take part in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
