Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and follow company policies.
