Customer Service and Stock Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, customer-friendly environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to relevant knowledge
