Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key player in our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Your tasks will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and assist with inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
