Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaboration, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Comply with company policies while ensuring confidentiality and security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.

Educational Requirements
