We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Experience in retail environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
