Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with team members and adhering to company policies, you will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Able to operate store equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in retail is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
