Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
