Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
