Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store associates, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, handle purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Follow cash handling policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply
• Customer service and cash handling experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
