We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Your responsibilities will involve cashiering, maintaining cleanliness in the store, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Handle customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure cash policies are followed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer courteous customer service.
  • Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
