Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by ensuring efficient product stocking, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide courteous service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
