Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

  • Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Engage in various physical activities around the store.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Retail experience valued.
