Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Help with inventory management and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
