Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older.
  • Efficient cash handling and operating cash register skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
