We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
