Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure product availability
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Handle cash transactions following company policies
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience in retail is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages following local regulations
