Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling customer purchases, maintaining a clean store environment, restocking shelves, and collaborating with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with the team and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of products.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of operating equipment like an electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
